Becoming a Customer

RSVP is available as a subscription, scaled to the size and complexity of your rail shipping. Because RSVP is cloud-based, it can be accessed anywhere, from any device. There is no installation required, and there is no investment needed from your IT department.

Steps to Become a Customer

Contact the RSVP solutions team to discuss your business’s needs and the corresponding pricing.

  • Sign a subscription agreement for RSVP.

  • Sign Letters Of Authorization providing ICL access to your shipment details with each railway.

  • Provide the RSVP solutions team a list of users, along with your routes and transit standards.

  • The RSVP solutions team will complete the initial set up of your account, and provide onboarding training to all users at your organization.

  • The RSVP system will be live with your data as quickly as the railway returns the data request made with the completed Letter Of Authorization, usually within days, and at the most, a few weeks.

  • The RSVP solutions team will be available throughout your subscription to provide additional training or to assist you in managing changes in your rail network, like updating transit times.
